LOVE FIGHTS FOR TOMORROW

Love fights for tomorrow before it arrives.
Love does not just happen to survive.
It is a choice one makes today.
To love someone when its hard to stay
It is not there only when things are fine.
But chooses to see the silver line.
To be loved is not the greater gain.
But to love someone without seeking exchange.
The holy commitment is under siege.
With vile comments and bitter speech.
Before the engagement ring sparkles or is seen.
Embittered people taught wives to be mean.
Emasculated men are taught to submit.
To avoid the risk of a grown woman’s fit.
And the youth are told marriage is miserable.
Leaving them to wonder if it’s worth the trouble.
If one wants to have a thriving marriage,
There must be a social miscarriage.
There must be an active fight for tomorrow.
Avoid the relationships you don’t seek to borrow.
Christ created marriage as a reflection
An honor to reflect the love of perfection.
Something holy like this would be under attack.
Lies permutate and leave cracks.
Love must fight for itself or it will become faded.
Romantic lovers, if not careful, become jaded.
People will have their opinions of who should marry.
And  sometimes that means they won’t like you with jerry.
Not everyone will agree how old you should be.
Not everyone will agree with what it takes to be ready.
Feminism infiltrated the structure and left it in crumbles.
Women causing newly weds to stumble.
What you are told you begin to believe.
Some advice should not be received.
Be weary of those who talk ill of their relationship.
It must be protected or it will sink like a ship.
A lot is out to kill the wedding vows.
What we hear begins to arouse,
Thoughts that were previously vacant,
Now become it’s replacement.
The world is against the two of you.
You must cling to the truth.
