What is peace?

It is knowing God to be good,
When the wind blows from the east.
It is hope while living in the hood.
Peace is reconciliation.
Whether joy or pain.
You are secure with the situation.
Releasing yourself from the chain.
It is knowing both broken and healing,
Are one and the same.
Knowing tomorrows dealing,
Will not put you to shame.
Peace is a blessed assurance.
That Jesus is mine.
That He gives us the inheritance.
Peace is all of this redefined.
